The Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Government of West Bengal, has issued Notification No. 1135-PAR (IAS)/7P-215/11 appointing Dr. Vishwanath, IAS (WB:2010), Project Director, KEIIP in the rank of Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, as Secretary in the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and Textiles Department. The notification also assigns him additional charge as Managing Director, WBSIDCL, until further orders.
